What is the Aljameela satisfaction guarantee?

 Every item is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery & service charges). After 14 days no returns will be accepted. Any returns made after the returns period will be returned to you.

Note: Depending on the method you use to return your package, please allow up to 14 calendar days from the day you returned your package for your return to be processed and your account credited.

 How do I return an item to Aljameela?

 Please ship your return merchandise, with the requested information completed on the back of your packing slip, to the address we provide you on your email address.

 Will I get a full refund for my return?

If you return the item , with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip), you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). We can not refund original or return postage unless we shipped the wrong item, it was damaged in transit, or the item is defective. If you do not have your packing slip or original order number, send an email to: info@aljameela.com

 and we will search for your order. If we do not find an original order, we will issue you a gift certificate based on the current selling price of the item(s), upon receipt of your return in our operations center.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be processed for mailing, within 7 days of the time we process your return.
